1.) RVE REALTY INV, the Direct SELLER must Agree on a Price Offer, Closing Terms, & Title Company with the Direct BUYER
2.) After an Agreed on Price Offer & Closing Terms of Agreement : RVE REALTY INV must receive from the BUYER the following Documents, by email rav@rverealty.com Within 3 Business Days (or) this Agreement becomes Void & Terminated : - Proof of Funds Letter, Hard Money Funds Letter, or Mortgage Preapproval Letter from their financial institution
- ID, such as a Drivers License
- PURCHASE & SALES AGREEMENT by the BUYER, to sign with RVE REALTY INV The PURCHASE & SALES AGREEMENT must include an ADDITIONAL CLAUSE stating: >BUYER must send a Non refundable EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT & PURCHASE & SALES AGREEMENT after Both Parties to the Title Company's Escrow Officer to " Open Title " (or) this PURCHASE & SALES AGREEMENT will be Void, Terminated & Property will be sold to others.
>BUYER must have Title Company's Escrow Officer "Open Title", Title Commitment ordered and maintain open communications with RVE REALTY INV by email rav@rverealty.com & Phone # 908-326-9783 & Buyer's email & Phone #.
>RVE REALTY INV will order any Mortgage payoffs needed by Title Company's Escrow Officer.
