>Credit Score/History Verification - Min 600+ Credit Score & History
>No Past or Current - Delinquent Collections/Liens/Judgements/Bankruptcies
>No Evictions & Criminal History
>Upfront 1st Month Rent & 1-1.5 Month Security Deposit Needed
