Criminal History
> No Past or Current Criminal Felonies involving violence, drugs, or property destruction Verified by a Nationwide search
2.) Employment Income & Bank Savings Review

> Last 2 Months most recent W2 Employment Pay stubs
Your Current Monthly Income Must Total 3x the Monthly Rent you are Applying for.
(Ex. If you are applying for $1500/Mo Rent - Your Total Household Income must be = $4500/Mo)

> Last 2 Months most recent Bank statements (Bank Savings)
