> COLLECT 1 Month Security Deposit (equal to 1 Month Rent) Zelle Pay or BANK ACH
> COLLECT 1ST Month Rent Occupancy Needed (1st Month Occupancy Rent)
> SIGN Min 1Yr (or) more Residential Lease
